BY THE NUMBERS
Rooms, floor space, tables, evenings and seats — added up from the same five sections you have just read, not rounded up for a brochure. If a number here is not enough for your group, say so early: we would rather tell you in advance than on the morning of the transfer.
Three different things on one scale — rooms are not seats, and a hall seats people who are already here. The short bar at the bottom is the one that shapes a day: it is how many of you we move in a single run, and above that number a transfer goes in waves.
The figures come from the venues and from the fleet the programme runs on, and we confirm them when we quote. Hilton Samarkand Regency does not publish a suite count, so its bar carries no suite figure rather than a guess, and the 90 above is the three that do. And we have deliberately left out the kind of numbers a company usually puts on a page like this — events held, guests hosted, years in business — because we are not going to invent them.
Tell us the dates, how many people are coming and what the trip is for. We will come back with a programme and a price for Samarkand.
Write to us in the way that suits you. The same people read every channel, and they answer the same day.
