Hilton Samarkand Regency
5★- 232 rooms
- 5 meeting rooms
- 439 m² of event space
The flagship of the complex, and the one closest to the halls. The short walk matters more than it sounds when a session overruns and forty people need coffee.
MICE IN SAMARKAND
The venues below sit inside the Silk Road Samarkand complex — hotels, halls and restaurants on one site, a few minutes apart on foot. We book them for you and run the programme around them.
HOTELS
Nine properties stand on the complex, from three stars to five. These four cover almost every corporate brief we get.

The flagship of the complex, and the one closest to the halls. The short walk matters more than it sounds when a session overruns and forty people need coffee.

The largest room count on site, with meeting floors of its own — a mid-sized group can sleep, meet and eat without leaving the building.

Named after the collector Igor Savitsky and hung with contemporary work. Ask for the canal-view rooms; they are the ones people remember.

Built around Ulugbek the astronomer. Two meeting rooms of its own, which is what you want on the day the main halls are full.
MEETING VENUES
Four rooms inside the hotels themselves, from a boardroom for ten to a hall that seats 530 — the group meets where it sleeps. The complex has thirteen more in its congress centre; ask and we will send the full plan.

Up to 500 people
LayoutsTheatre · Classroom · Boardroom · U-shape · Banquet · Hollow square · Cocktail · Cabaret
Five hundred at a banquet, four hundred and thirty facing a stage, and all eight layouts in between. It is in the Hilton, so the group sleeps upstairs.

Up to 530 people
LayoutsTheatre · Classroom · Boardroom · U-shape · Banquet · Hollow square · Cocktail · Cabaret
The largest floor of the four and the most seats facing a stage. Inside the hotel, so nobody leaves the building between sessions.

36–110 people
LayoutsTheatre · Classroom · Boardroom · U-shape · Banquet · Hollow square · Cocktail
A working room rather than a hall: 110 facing a screen, 36 around a table. What a breakout session actually needs.

10–40 people
LayoutsTheatre · Classroom · Boardroom · U-shape · Hollow square · Cocktail
Ten around a table or forty facing a screen. The room for a board meeting rather than a conference.
RESTAURANTS
More than thirty restaurants, bars and teahouses across the complex. These four are the ones we suggest first for a group.

Meat off the coals and a wine list to match. The straightforward choice for a first-night dinner.

Panoramic lounge high above the complex. The place for a welcome drink before anyone sits down to dinner.

Local cooking presented for guests who have not met it before — the safer way to introduce plov to a board.

An open-air hall in the reconstructed old town. This is where a closing dinner belongs if the weather holds.
EXPERIENCES
An evening programme does more for a group than another dinner. All four are on site or minutes from it.

Seventeen hectares of Samarkand as it was, with working artisan shops. Walkable, and it takes a group of any size.

Water, light and music after dark. Twenty minutes, no logistics, and everyone films it.

Boats on the canal that runs through the complex. Good as an hour between sessions rather than a whole excursion.

Two wellness centres with Valmont and Thalgo treatments. What to offer the half of the group that does not want another tour.
TRANSPORTATION
Airport and station meets, transfers between hotel and hall, city runs, and a vehicle still waiting when a session overruns. We arrange the transport for the whole programme and quote it with the rest of it.
